  3. Marinate the chicken for 2-3 hours in a normal fridge.
  4. In a pan heat 1tbsp of butter. Fry the chicken pieces from both sides on low flame with the lid on. Each side will take 7-8 mins to cook. Gradually add butter if needed.
  5. Place each chicken piece on a 'roti jali'. Brush melted butter on it. Hold the jali over your gas oven. Roast on medium flame adding little butter in between. Repeat the process.
  6. Serve with salad & lemon pieces.
